Peter Mills initially served in student development at the college level but has been in pastoral ministry ever since. He is the pastor of Crossroads Community Church, a Free Methodist congregation in Webster, N.Y. Pete was part of Northeastern Seminary since its inception, serving as one of the first two Faith Sharing Group facilitators at the Seminary and in recent years he has continued to serve on the Personal Spiritual Formation Committee, a group that oversees and evaluates the integration of spiritual formation in all aspects of the seminary community. He has also been a field education supervisor for seminarians in the area of small group ministries. Pete has been on three short-term mission trips, most recently teaching at the Masters level in the inaugural M.A. program at Haiti Providence University, Balan, Haiti.
